Rules of Engagement

1. Always take responsibility for your own actions. Whatever your current situation and the challenges or limitations you are experiencing in your work, your agency gives you the ability to shift yourself and influence your environment. Never give this up!

2. High-potential growth is about being comfortable with being uncomfortable. Expect to be challenged, frustrated, and uncomfortable, and see it as an opportunity to expand your capacity for heat and tension. This capacity will reap dividends in every area of your life.

3. Your true potential is only possible when elevated by others. Whatever your current potential, it is still exponentially greater when compounded by the uniqueness of others. Thus, boldly embrace your need for others with humility and curiosity.

4. Potential is more than a pre-defined outcome. To explore your own potential, especially within a team, it is essential to release your current expectations of what potential should look like and allow a new vision to emerge. It is simply impossible to predict what is possible for yourself and others.

5. How you show up matters. You will no doubt experience moments where your ability to participate is challenged. Be committed, show up and engage to the best of your ability. How you show up impacts not only your experience but that of others. Set aside time to reflect, think, and apply what you are learning, so that the transformation you seek can realized.

6. Your results are up to you. Be punctual. If you’re late, you’re late. If you don’t show, you don’t show. No refunds. No do-overs. 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling of appointments. Make this worth it.
